After much consideration, I made a decision - I started my own company. “Aeris” is not just a name; it's a promise. It comes from Latin and means "air", but to me it means much more. It means honesty, transparency and closeness to people.
I have seen customer service being neglected over and over again. Customers are forgotten, they are not answered, and their questions are treated arrogantly. This is absurd. Every customer deserves to be heard, understood and served.
When I ask for quotes or buy services myself, I know how frustrating it is to be in the dark. Without communication, only disappointments arise. That's why at Aeris, the customer is at the center of everything. I want to make sure that everyone knows what they are getting and that each work step is clearly reported.
Transparency = Trust
At Aeris, we don't hide behind complicated terms or obscure reports. We speak directly. The customer needs to know where his money is going. This is not negotiable.
We don't have mass production where customers are just numbers. Every project is unique, and every customer is important to us. That's why I want everything to be transparent and honest - exactly how I would like to be treated.
