However, since each project is different – the objects and tasks vary – it is sometimes difficult to give an exact price until we have visited the site. Ventilation services by the hour

This is how it works:

Billing starts the moment our team leaves the office and ends when they return. This includes a one-hour lunch break and two 15-minute coffee breaks—because a well-rested team delivers the best results.

 

In the Helsinki metropolitan area, we charge a fixed driving fee. Outside this area, the fee is €31.375 plus €0.7/km per direction from the office. This covers the maintenance and upkeep of our vehicles.

 

The site fee is €50 per location, which includes small consumables and waste disposal. No hidden charges, no surprises. The hourly rate is €62.75 per technician under normal circumstances, and €94.15 for urgent work. The minimum charge is always two hours, and every started hour is billed as a full hour.

 

A technician is considered anyone participating in the work, including trainees, if they assist the professional staff. This ensures you have all the resources you need for the best possible outcome. Simple, transparent, and fair.

Example:

You order a ventilation technician who leaves the office at 8:00, arrives at the site at 8:40, takes a lunch break, and leaves at 14:30 to take waste to a sorting station, returning to the office at 15:15. We bill for 8 hours of work time, driving fees, site fees, and, if separately requested, reporting fees. Even if the precise working time is 7 hours and 15 minutes, every started hour is billed—so 8 hours—plus materials. Materials are charged at full price, even if only half a package, such as insulation rolls, is used on-site. You are welcome to keep any leftover materials if you wish.
